It’s my 2nd time here, and it’s so much better than my first visit mainly because it wasn’t crowded and there were no kids playing around. Excellent service especially Sen Ming who took care of EVERYTHING we needed.

There are 3 packages to choose from, we took the middle range one. If you prefers beef or seafood then need to take the most premium package . We are happy with the food and services provided. You can order for 60min and eat for 90min. There is cooked food, desserts and drinks outside too. Overall everyone is happy and we will come again.

This was an amazing experience. Captain Soon Beng was very friendly and helpful. The service here is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and there was a lot of meat and condiments to choose from. The soup base is also delicious. I 100% recommend this place if you like buffets and want to try a unique experience.

We visited many restaurants in Penang. Food, soup, fresh meat and vegetable. Food quality is really great high quality. Atmosphere is great. Most importantly, customer service was high. All staffs are kind and take care customers. Especially I appreciate Ms. Teng lee sin. She was very professional and pay attention to customers. We highly recommend this reataurant.

Really fun experience. This is a good option for large groups. Each person gets their own hot pot broth bowl. Lots of options for the adventurous and cautious. I worry a bit about food safety and contamination as the buffet does not have anything to clean hands. The drink options were limited and it felt hard to get water at the table. I would recommend!

We chose the seafood hotpot set with meat & five different types of soup. Ingredients were fresh & orders arrived promptly. Service was good; the staff gave good recommendations from the menu and was attentive, topping up the soup frequently. Other than the hotpot, the buffet section also offered a good selection of salad & desserts with free flow of coffee & soft drinks. Overall, value for money.
